Housebuilders draw upon our expertise in undertaking Flood Risk & Consequence Assessments and multi-utility assessments, developing surface and foul water strategies, and undertaking Environmental Impact Assessments, as well as discharing planning conditions.

We do this by helping to secure planning permissions that address the flood risk and drainage requirements of the National Planning Policy Framework (England) and Technical Advice Notice 15: Development and Flood Risk (Wales), with minimal negative impact on development potential.

We can also maximise the developable area of sites by challenging the flood map or by reprofiling sites and putting in place appropriate mitigation measures.

We also negotiate foul drainage solutions with water companies and discharge drainage planning conditions, particularly those relating to sustainable surface water drainage schemes.
